One of the best places to live on the bay. Access to the Courtney Campbell and Howard Franklin is less than a minute's drive. Clearwater, Largo, St. Pete and Tampa are all 20 minutes away.

Staff is great, maintenance is great, and there is never noise (save the happy swimmers in the pool on the weekends!). It's in such a nice and safe area and so close to Publix, Clearwater, and Downtown Tampa.

Great place to live. It’s close to wonderful restaurants, malls and beaches. Management, especially John, are extremely welcoming and helpful.

Helpful professional staff. Experienced Maintenance Manager. Property is well maintained and landscaped. I appreciate the screened garage that keeps out the mosquitos, a trash compactor that can be accessed by chute, the valet service and high ceilings.

I've lived at Mosaic Westshore Apartments in Tampa, FL, for a little over a year, and I couldn't be happier! The location is perfect, offering convenient access to everything I need. The facilities are top-notch, with a stunning pool area, modern gym, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help. My apartment is spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light. Living here has truly been a wonderful experience!

Mosaic is beautiful. Great location. Justin, John, and Melissa, who work in the office, are so nice and answer all our questions right away. They make us feel right at home. We are very fortunate to be here.

Stellar management team who really cares about their tenants and the location can't be beat. 20 min to Clearwater, St. Pete, Indian Rocks and only 10 minutes to downtown. TPA is less than 5 minutes away! If you travel a lot, this is an excellent place to call home base.
